Gostilna Dela has collaborated with us to prepare a recipe for Tabbouleh with fresh herbs, feta cheese, and vegetables.

Tabbouleh with fresh herbs, feta cheese, and vegetables

Ingredients for 4 people: 

250 g raw bulgur 

2 medium-sized tomatoes 

100 g feta cheese 

2 bunches of parsley 

1 bunch of mint 

1 medium-sized onion 

1 clove of garlic 

3 tablespoons of olive oil

salt 

pepper 

1/2 lemon (juice)



Preparation: 

Cook the bulgur in salted water until tender, then drain and let it cool. 

In the meantime, finely chop the parsley, mint, onion, tomatoes, and garlic. 

Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. 

Combine everything and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. 

This dish is a side dish for grilled meals or can be served as a standalone salad. 

When assembling the dish, you can choose your favorite fresh summer vegetables.
